Established in Colombia in 1998, Grupo D’Acosta was born from its founder's profound passion for hospitality. His pioneering vision transformed the industry by establishing the country's very first Hotel & Spa, elevating it as a benchmark of excellence in harnessing the exclusive volcanic hot springs of the Paipa region.
The group concentrates its operations in the hotel and tourism services sector in both the Colombian and Brazilian markets. In 2000, the group began managing its first hotel unit in Colombia, the Hotel Sochagota in Paipa/Colombia. One year later, it acquired its second unit, Hacienda del Salitre, located in the same city; subsequently, it acquired the operation of the Hotel Xué Sabana in Cajicá and finally launched operations for the first time at the Hotel Belencito in the French Village of Belencito.
In 2003, it incorporated the Wholesale Travel Agency, Consolidator, and Destination Management Company (DMC) - MFQ Turismo, now ADT TURISMO, based in Bogotá/Colombia. Currently, the group continues to expand its business in Colombia and is starting its activities in the Brazilian market through its new company, D’Acosta Hoteis e Pousadas.
